About DFF Sapere Aude
DFF-Starting Grant, Sapere Aude is Latin and means DARE TO KNOW
The Sapere Aude grant provides excellent, young researchers, i.e. researchers who have achieved excellent research within their professional field, the opportunity to develop and strengthen their own research ideas and start their own research groups. The grant is also aimed at promoting international and national mobility between research environments and strengthen careers.
Independent Research Fund Denmark has received 349 applications and awarded 39 grants, corresponding to a success rate of 11%, both in terms of amount applied for and number of applications.
